The situation

Clinicians were leaving money on the table because the reporting required to claim reimbursements was slow and error-prone. The exchange had the data; it needed a product.

What Reneka did

Product strategy, UI/UX and front-end build of the reimbursement platform, iterated with the clinical and technical teams. The public site and brand came along with it.

The outcome

More than $340 million in physician reimbursements captured through the platform. The figure is the client's own, and it is the single largest outcome tied to Reneka's work.
