It runs your category prompts on a recurring cadence across the four major AI assistants, scores the answers for brand mention and sentiment, and benchmarks your share of voice against three named competitors. The output is a Monday morning report card and a prompt-level deep dive.
The system is operated by a senior analyst on every engagement. The output is read by humans and signed by a named lead. We do not ship raw dashboards.
Three artifacts, every week.
- Share of voice scorecard. Your citation rate across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, week over week. Same scorecard runs every Monday for the entire engagement, which is what makes the trendline real.
- Prompt-level delta. A list of the prompts where the answer changed since last week, with the specific brand or domain that moved into or out of the citation set.
- Annotated commentary. A short written read on what moved and why, written by the analyst running the account. About 250 words. No filler.
