These terms govern your use of the renekadigital.com website. Client engagements are governed by separate signed agreements; nothing on this site replaces those.
Using this site means accepting these terms.
By accessing renekadigital.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
What these terms cover.
These terms apply to the public website only. Once you sign a client engagement letter or master services agreement with Reneka Digital, that document and its statements of work govern the work. Where these site terms conflict with a signed engagement, the engagement controls.
What is ours, what is yours.
- Our content. Everything published on this site, including the AAIA framework, the GEO Field Guide, original research, blog posts, frameworks, and the design system, is owned by Reneka Digital. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole articles, frameworks, or research reports requires written permission.
- Your content. When you submit information to us (an audit request, a contact form, a job application), you keep ownership of that information. You grant us a limited license to use it to respond to you and to run the engagement you have asked us to scope.
- Trademarks. Reneka, Reneka Digital, AAIA, the AAIA Framework, GEO Engine, and Citation Intelligence are trademarks of Reneka Digital. Other trademarks are property of their respective owners.
The site is provided as is.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of errors or that the site will always be available. Articles, frameworks, and research are educational; they are not consulting advice for your specific situation. If you want a recommendation tailored to your brand, book an audit or a strategy call.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reneka Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reneka Digital and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
What not to do.
- Do not scrape the site at volume or in a way that interferes with normal operation.
- Do not republish our content as your own.
- Do not use the site to send unsolicited commercial email or to attempt to compromise its security.
- Do not impersonate Reneka Digital or any team member.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.
