Privacy Policy.
Reneka Digital is a B2B marketing agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.
Information we collect.
- Information you give us. Name, work email, company, phone number, and any context you share when you book an audit, contact us, or apply for a role.
- Information we collect automatically. Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use a privacy-first analytics setup that does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- Information from cookies. A small number of first-party cookies for site preferences and aggregate analytics. See the Cookies policy for the full list.
How we use the information.
- To respond to you. Audit requests, sales inquiries, and career applications get a human reply.
- To run engagements. Active client work requires sharing relevant information with named team members and a small set of vendors (analytics tools, citation monitoring, hosting).
- To improve the site. Aggregate analytics tell us which pages are useful and which need work. We do not profile individual visitors.
- To send you our newsletter. Only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to train large language models.
Who we share it with.
- Service providers. Hosting (Vercel), email (Postmark), CRM (HubSpot), analytics (Plausible), citation monitoring (in-house). Each is bound by a data processing agreement and uses information only to perform its function for us.
- Legal compliance. If we are required to disclose information by law, we will. We will tell you unless legally prohibited.
- Business transfers. If Reneka Digital is acquired or reorganized, information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this policy.
Your rights and choices.
- Access. Ask what personal information we have about you.
- Correction. Ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Portability. Ask for a copy in a portable format.
- Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from any email or write to us.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it.
We keep prospect and inquiry information for 24 months after last contact. We keep client engagement records for seven years after engagement end, for tax and audit purposes. We use industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and quarterly access reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you in line with applicable law.
Where we operate.
Reneka Digital is headquartered in Houston, Texas, United States. The site is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, the information you provide may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction. We extend the rights described above to all visitors regardless of jurisdiction.
For California residents, this section also serves as the notice required under the CCPA / CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
