Reneka Digital was founded in 2015 by Reva and Umesh Verma with a specific belief: the agencies that win are the ones who recognize patterns early and act on them before the market catches up.

In the early years, that meant building technical SEO and content infrastructure for B2B companies when most agencies were still focused on vanity metrics and traffic volume. It meant developing vertical expertise in healthcare and SaaS — sectors where compliance, trust, and specificity matter — when generalist agencies were easier and more profitable.

When AI-generated content flooded the web, we moved toward human expertise and structured data. When Google's algorithm began rewarding demonstrable authority over keyword density, we had already been building E-E-A-T signals for years. And when AI search arrived — when ChatGPT and Perplexity began answering buyer questions directly — we already understood the mechanics of how AI models decide who to cite.

We didn't pivot to GEO™. We formalized what we had already been doing. Pattern recognition isn't a tagline for us. It's the actual mechanism behind every engagement we run.

Reva Verma

CEO & Co-Founder

Reva founded Reneka Digital with the conviction that pattern recognition — not tactics — is what separates agencies that last from agencies that churn. She leads strategy, client relationships, and the development of the GEO™ and AAIA™ methodologies. Over 11 years she has built a practice defined by early movement into emerging disciplines — from technical SEO to E-E-A-T to AI search visibility — always ahead of the market, never chasing it.

Umesh Verma

Co-Founder · 2015–2022

Umesh Kumar Verma was a builder in every sense of the word. He came to Houston from India at 17, earned his degree in chemical engineering at the University of Houston, and went on to found Blue Lance — a globally recognized cybersecurity firm — and Cyber Houston, bringing the city's top leaders together around one of the most critical challenges in business. He brought that same executive vision, community commitment, and relentless follow-through to Reneka Digital as its co-founder. He served as Chairman of the Board for the American Diabetes Association and was widely known as one of Houston's most trusted voices in cybersecurity. Umesh passed away on December 26, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. His belief in this agency — and in his daughter — is part of everything we build.

Saint-Clair manages day-to-day client relationships and ensures that strategy translates into execution without friction. He is the primary point of contact for active retainer clients — the person who keeps timelines moving, communicates clearly, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between strategy sessions. His work is the connective tissue between what we plan and what gets done.
