C3HIE is a healthcare saas platform engagement run on Reneka's AAIA framework. C3HIE is one of the largest health information exchanges in Texas.

## Where they started.

C3HIE is one of the largest health information exchanges in Texas.

- 01The HIE held the data physicians needed to capture value-based care reimbursements, but practices were leaving real money on the table because the reporting workflow was too painful to actually run.

- 02The opportunity was not a marketing problem.

- 03It was a product problem.

- 04The right answer was to build the tool that turned the data into reimbursements physicians could actually claim.

## What we shipped.

Six years of platform partnership, run as one engagement.

- 01Reneka designed and developed the C3HIE SaaS platform, the TurboTax-for-doctors product that lets physicians track patients, record outcomes, and convert clinical work into the reimbursements they had been missing.

- 02We rebuilt the C3HIE brand around the product story: new logo, brand voice, positioning, and visual system.

- 03We redesigned the C3HIE website as the public surface for the product and the network.

- 04We ran the SEO program that gets the platform found by physicians and practice managers searching for value-based care tooling.
